There’s been a mixed reaction to reports that an Accra High Court has rejected a request from the Special Prosecutor for a freeze on the assets of former NPP General Secretary, Kwadjo Owusu Afriyie, popularly known as Sir John. He died in 2021 and following his burial, his will revealed that he had amassed a great deal of wealth, including lands supposed to be part of the Achimota Forest Reserve.
